Refund Policy

1. Event Cancellation:

In the event that the "Run For Nourish" Marathon is canceled due to severe weather, public health emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be promptly notified in official social media channels. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation announcement. If the event is postponed, refunds will only be processed after the event is completed. Participants unavailable on the new date can opt for a virtual run, submit their run data, and receive their T-shirt, medal, and e-certificate.

2. Participant Cancellations:
If a participant needs to cancel their registration, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the provision of a valid reason. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, and approval is at the discretion of the event organizers.

3. Transfer of Registration:
Registration transfers to another participant are not permitted. If a participant cannot attend, they are encouraged to notify the event organizers as soon as possible.

4. No Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or failure to attend the event, regardless of the reason.

5. Changes to Policy:
The event organizers reserve the right to amend this refund policy as necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes through our official communication channels.
