Participation in the "Run for Nourish" Marathon event is entirely at the participant’s own risk. By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Health and Safety: Participants affirm that they are in good health and physically capable of completing the selected race category. It is recommended to consult a physician before participating in any physical activity. The event organizers are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the event.

Liability Waiver: By participating, runners waive all claims against the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any related parties for any injury, damage, loss, or liability that may arise before, during, or after the event.

Race Modifications: The event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or public health emergencies. In such cases, registration fees may be non-refundable.

Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography and Media Release: By participating, runners consent to the use of their names, photographs, videos, and likenesses in any promotional or media coverage of the event without compensation.

Age Requirements: Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register and participate.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards fellow runners, volunteers, and event staff. Any misconduct may result in disqualification from the event.

COVID-19 Protocols: Participants agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19 protocols, as directed by the event organizers.

By registering and participating in the "Run for Nourish" Marathon, you agree to these terms and conditions. The event is organized with the best interest of all participants, and we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
 

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

1. Registration:
All participants must complete the official registration process, including payment of applicable fees. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Age Requirements:
Participants must meet the minimum age criteria for each race category. For those under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian’s consent is mandatory.

3. Health and Fitness:
By registering, participants confirm they are medically fit and capable of participating in the event. It is recommended that participants consult with their healthcare provider before engaging in the race.

4. Race Day Guidelines:
Participants are expected to follow the race-day schedule, including start times and route guidelines. Any deviation from the designated course may lead to disqualification.

5. Safety Measures:
All participants must adhere to safety protocols, including instructions from race officials, marshals, and volunteers. The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is deemed a risk to themselves or others.

6. Event Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed within 15 days of the announcement.
If a participant cancels their registration, a refund may be issued subject to a valid reason provided by the participant.

7. Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items during the event.

8. Timing and Results:
Participants in timed race categories will receive a timing chip. The official race results are based on chip-timed performance and will be announced after the event.

9. Photography and Media:
By participating, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in event-related promotional materials, including photos, videos, and social media content.

10. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect for all fellow runners, volunteers, and staff. Disruptive behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, or violation of race rules may result in disqualification.

These basic terms and conditions ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. By registering, you agree to comply with these guidelines and contribute to the success of the "Run for Nourish" Marathon.
